This review is a long time coming. Back in the early 2000's when DVD was still much in its infancy they tried to do something similar to what they did with laserdisc and create interactive games. Sadly this is but a rare disc that would have been the precursor for something far different. The premise of the game is a hapless Loser going by the name "James Spawn" inherits a magical ring from a family member. The ring if used correctly will get James what he wants. Which is too get laid of course! As James makes his way to a bar in the middle of who knows where U.S.A there sitting at the bar are four hot looking women. (I dare any of you who do get this to look very closely at them. You might recognize one or two from some "other" films). There James uses ring on each of them and starts on a very absurd adventure to get the girl. Watch as James is forced to sit in detention and write about why he is in there. See James out smart a local mob boss in the hopes of getting with his favorite girl. Look on as James drives on a desert highway only to have his wild side come to life and has to deal with a police officer and somehow get out of a parking ticket and figure out where the girl is at. As James decides to rest his weary head at a local motel he finds that its owners have other thoughts then letting him sleep through the night. However like any game if James makes a wrong move he's going to play out that option until he's back in the bar and dealing with its various patrons and staff in very odd ways. And of course the right moves give you the payout which is of course the lady whom your were trying to get to in the beginning. (And let me tell you it is NOTHING like what you think it is going to be.) So if your willing to spend a couple of hours trying to get the hang of it and play then that's your call. What I can tell you is that each time you do play this disc you do wind up having to play it is never the same option like before.
